2. Medication Reviews: We conduct thorough medication reviews, assessing the safety and efficacy of prescribed medications. Our recommendations aim to optimize medication regimens for each individual's unique needs.
3. Wellness Plans: We collaborate closely with individuals and their support teams to develop personalized wellness plans. These plans focus on holistic well-being, encompassing physical, emotional, and social aspects of health.
4. PRN (As Needed) Support: Our nurses are available for as-needed consultations, providing timely assistance and guidance when unexpected healthcare concerns arise.

6. Comprehensive Protocol Reviews: Our specialized expertise covers a wide spectrum of health protocols. This includes tailored feeding protocols to provide individuals with the precise nutritional support they require, seizure management protocols developed following thorough medication reviews for those with developmental disabilities prone to seizures, and the implementation of BM protocols to promote gastrointestinal health and overall well-being.
7. High Alert Medication Training: Our specialized training covers the safe administration and management of high alert medications, reducing the risk of adverse events.

9. ODSP, ADP, and Funding Form Sign-off: Our Registered Nurses (RNs) are authorized to sign off on Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP), Assistive Devices Program (ADP), and funding forms, streamlining access to essential services and resources.
