Important Pricing Information

  • Course-seat pricing is calculated according to the number of seats purchased by the agency during the same calendar year.
  • A course seat represents one learner enrolled in one self-paced online course.
  • The yearly support fee is waived during the agency’s first year.
  • Virtual lab pricing includes both the base fee for the session and the applicable seat fee for each participant.
  • Customized course development, extensive course revisions and other specialized services may be quoted separately.
  • Applicable taxes are additional unless otherwise indicated.
