OUR PROGRAM

We not only provide training for controlled acts and medical procedures that are performed in the communitywe provide a comprehensive compliance solution.

We will conduct an assessment of your agency needs and help you implement the necessary documentation and monitoring program required when you permit staff other than health professional to perform controlled acts as part of an individuals activities of daily living.

Our program has been developed by a team of Registered Nurses with over 35 years combined experience in Developmental Services. Our comprehensive program ensures that agencies and staff members are compliant with the Regulated Health Professions Act (RHPA), Quality Assurance Measures (QAM), and the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO). We have spent the past three years refining a training process that meets the requests of agencies: keep costs low, make training available at different times so all shifts can attend and reduce the amount of replacement staff needed in order have staff attend training sessions.
