Monitoring for Competency

A monitoring program is essential for agencies who allow unregulated staff to perform controlled acts.  This self-paced course will introduce those who have been identified as monitors in their agency to the concept of monitoring for continuing competency and the essential components of a basic monitoring program.

• Indirect Monitoring
• Mentoring Programs
• Personal Evaluations Checklists and
• Client Health Assessments.
